Mangalore Senior Citizens Association ® Mangalore was formed in the year 2006 by like-minded Senior Citizens of Mangalore City. The main objective of the Association is to work for the welfare of senior citizens of the district. Additionally, we wish to channelise the rich experience and expertise of the elderly community for the welfare of society in different ways. It is our aspiration, sincere hope and duty to serve the cause of the less privileged persons who are in the ‘’second innings ‘’ of their life. At present we have a membership of more than 1400 adults.

Membership is open to all Senior Citizens who have completed the age of 60 years and are residing within the jurisdiction of the revenue district of Dakshina Kannada.
